　　1/.如何拍得稳？

　　相信每位学短视频拍摄的同学，都知道借助稳定器来增加画面稳定性，但是也有很多朋友并没有稳定器，所以只能通过手持运镜拍摄。

　　相比于借助稳定器拍摄，手持运镜的优势是操作更为灵活。需要注意的是，我们在手持运镜拍摄时要保持手机的平衡稳定，握持手机的姿势可以参考我下面的动作：

　　当然，手机始终还是过于轻薄，当我们走动进行拍摄时，手机Z轴的抖动会非常明显，所以如果没有稳定器同学，可以像我一样借助「八爪鱼支架」，把它调整到自己舒适的握持角度来进行拍摄，这样可以一定程度保持手机的稳定性。

　　Of course, mobile phones are still too thin and light. When we walk around for shooting, the Z-axis shake of the phone will be very obvious. Therefore, if there is no stabilizer, students can use the "Octopus Bracket" like me to adjust it to their comfortable grip angle for shooting, which can maintain the stability of the phone to a certain extent.

　　如果是长时间拍摄一些跟随动作，我们也可以借助「手机兔笼」来增加握持感，这样可以更好的保持运镜的平稳。

　　2/.推镜头

　　在很多电影中，导演都会使用推镜头的方式让观众从一个大场景逐步聚焦到某一局部之上，从而达到烘托画面情绪的目的。

　　推镜头可以是通过变焦的形式，也可以是通过向前运镜的形式来实现，但是手机的变焦是数码变焦，放大变焦后画质会有所下降。

　　所以我们最好是采用向前运镜的方法来拍摄推镜头。

　　向前运镜的动作要领是：放低重心，弓步后仰，留足向前的距离，手部固定不动，使用腰部发力向前推，把自己当作一个人肉云台，这样拍出来的画面就会更加的稳定。

　　拉镜头和推镜头动作相反，拉镜头通常可以拍摄一些人物与环境关系的画面。

　　4/.摇镜头

　　在电影中摇镜头通常用于空间的转换，或者是被摄主体的变换，引导观众视线由一处转到另一处，完成观众注意力和兴趣点的转移。

　　In movies, camera shake is usually used for spatial transitions or subject changes, guiding the audience's gaze from one place to another and completing the transfer of attention and points of interest.

　　因为手机足够轻便，所以我们可以随意的转变镜头方向，让画面的兴趣点快速的切换，可以更好的交代场景和人物的关系。

　　Because mobile phones are lightweight enough, we can easily change the camera direction and quickly switch the points of interest in the picture, which can better illustrate the relationship between the scene and the characters.

　　?结合揺镜头的快速转动可以变成甩镜头，可以通过镜头的方向衔接甩动，来制作出这种无缝转场的效果。

　　左右平移镜头的拍摄方法是跟推镜头相同，同样是使用跨部发力，向左或者右平移。

　　适当借助一些前景可以更好的烘托画面氛围，比如我这里借助旁边观众的肢体作为前景来带入下象棋的这个氛围。

　　长距离的左右移镜头拍摄时同样要放低重心，走太极步，平稳向前运镜。
